Welcome to Park View at Quail Ridge Condominium Association, Inc. The entire association is comprised of 59 condo/townhouse units that were originally built in 2000. The Park View at Quail Ridge Condo Association property is located in the Quail Ridge Master Community in Longmont, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2021 Assessments have increased to $220 per month. Coupon Booklets for the new year have been mailed. Assessments are due the 1st of the month, and are considered late if not received by the 20th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 20th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.

Board Meetings are currently scheduled for the 1st Tuesday of odd numbered months at 5:30pm. Board Meetings are held the Foster Management Office in Longmont CO – be sure to reference the MAP for the office location if you are a homeowner wishing to attend a meeting. The Annual Homeowners Meeting is typically scheduled in November and is the final meeting of the year.
